Our employees strive for data protection according to the following basic information security policies.

Information Security Basic Policy [Policy]

  1. The definition of information security

    Information security is defined as maintaining the confidentiality, completeness, and availability of information.
     

  2. Purpose of Information Security

    We implement Information Security for the purpose of preventing the occurrence of lapses in information security, and fostering a relationship of trust with clients and society.
     

  3. Applicable laws, etc.

    We comply with information security related laws, policies determined by the government, and other relevant rules.
     

  4. Information security education, training, and awareness improvement

    We carry out training and education required in order that managers and employees may fully recognize the importance of information property.
     

  5. Continuous improvement

    We will maintain a system to constantly implement and improve actions based on this basic policy to promote information security.
     

  6. Penal regulations

    We impose penal regulations upon managers and employees if information security related regulations or internal rules are broken.
     

  7. Handling information security incidents

    If an information security incident or accident occurs, or is expected to occur, we will respond quickly, give the issue appropriate consideration, and implement appropriate control measures and policies.
